Mark A. Larson

Mr. Larson earned his undergraduate Bachelors of Science in Political Science, from San Diego State University in 1990 and received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1993. Since obtaining his law license, Mr. Larson has primarily practiced in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury claims, insurance bad faith, civil litigation, and business litigation.

Mr. Larson has successfully represented clients and co-counseled high-profile cases across the country. He has also co-counseled numerous high value cases in Colorado with out-of-state attorneys. Mr. Larson has also managed several appellate cases that have significantly enhanced the rights of injured Plaintiffs to collect from their own insurance policies in Colorado resulting in precedent setting opinions from the court.

From 1998 – 2010, Mr. Larson was founding partner at Crandell & Larson, and later worked at Bendelow Law Firm. During this time he was also a partner at Phenom Sports as a certified agent with the National Football League and the Professional Hockey Players Association. In that role, he negotiated in million dollars in NFL player contracts. He continues to handle athlete’s claims for professional disability benefits, medical negligence, and NFL concussion claims from a personal injury claim area.

Mr. Larson volunteers on various non-profit organizations, Arapahoe Youth League and Denver Boys and Girls Club.

Mr. Larson and his law partners have strong ties to the Denver community. He and Mr. Larimer both attended Cherry Creek High School where they played football together on the 1983 state championship team.

Mr. Larson is recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer, was rated as one of America’s Top 100 Attorneys, and was peer nominated into the “multi-million-dollar advocates forum” known as a top trial attorney in Colorado.
